🐟 Pan-Seared Fish with Caramelized Apples, Onions & Maestro Kitchen Chile Crunch

Because sometimes fancy food shouldn’t be fancy to make. This one’s sweet, savory, spicy, and just plain fun.

You’ll need:

  • 1 fillet of your favorite fish (raw, fresh, and gorgeous)

  • ½ onion, cut into thin, sassy juliennes

  • 1 apple, sliced into playful half-moons

  • 1 teaspoon Maestro Kitchen oil

  • 1 tbsp Maestro Kitchen Chile Crunch (the crunchy, golden magic)

  • Pinch of salt (or two… we don’t judge)

How to do it:

  1. Heat a skillet and toss in 1 teaspoon of Maestro Kitchen oil. Slide the onions in and let them caramelize until soft, golden, and smelling like heaven.

  2. Throw in the apple slices and give them a little tan—they should be soft, sweet, and a little caramel-y.

  3. Season your fish with a pinch of salt, then plop it in the skillet. Sear until it’s golden on both sides, crispy outside, tender inside—basically perfect.

  4. Crown your fish with 1 tbsp of Maestro Kitchen Chile Crunch, including the crunchy bits, for that “wow, what is that magic?” moment.

  5. Serve with those golden onions and apples lounging on the side. Optional: pose for a foodie pic before eating.

💥 Pro tip: Eat this while pretending you’re in a seaside bistro in Mexico. Bonus points for a tiny margarita.
